About the Program: The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore conducts the Foundations of Management (FoM) summer course, a five-day residential programme intended to help develop a foundational understanding of management. The sessions are delivered by IIM Bangalore faculty members and senior doctoral scholars. The programme is designed to benefit students in the final year of their undergraduate degree course of study, in any discipline or area, and adds to their skill sets in the pursuit of academic as well as professional goals.
